Summer afternoons belong by the private saltwater pool. Find your spot in the sun or settle into the covered outdoor dining area, then ease into the hot tub as the day winds down. The hot tub is available year-round; the pool opens seasonally, typically from late March through September, weather permitting. Confirm pool availability for your dates.

Dinner for the whole table

A dining table for all 10 means nobody has to miss the conversation. Four additional seats at the island give your group room for coffee, meal prep and a quick breakfast before heading out. The full kitchen includes cookware, dinnerware, wine glasses, an oven, stove, dishwasher and microwave, plus a coffee maker, blender and toaster.

Five comfortable bedrooms give your group space to settle in after a day in Bourbon Country. The main-floor primary suite has a king bed and ensuite bathroom, with four more bedrooms upstairs. The Farmhouse welcomes up to 10 guests.

Three full bathrooms and a half bath are in the house, with another half bath in the Game Barn. Smart TVs with YouTube TV are provided in every bedroom except Bedroom 2.

The Farmhouse is approximately 11 minutes from downtown Bardstown and about 10 minutes from Willett, Heaven Hill and Lux Row. Five distilleries are within about 20 minutes, with Kroger and Walmart nearby for an easy grocery stop.

Spend the day touring, tasting and exploring, then return to your own place in the countryside. Drive times vary with route and traffic. Book distillery tours ahead and arrange a designated driver or transportation for tastings.

Payments & policies

Booking & payment

The primary renter must be at least 25 and stay at the property. A signed rental agreement and valid ID are required within 48 hours of booking. Review the payment schedule and refundable security hold in your booking details and rental agreement.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival receive 97% of total booking charges, less a $100 cancellation fee. No refund is issued for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

House policies

Maximum occupancy is 10 guests, including children. No pets, events or parties. Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout is before 10:00 AM. Self check-in is available with a smart lock.

The hot tub is available year-round for registered guests. The pool opens seasonally, typically late March through September, weather permitting. Confirm pool availability for your dates and follow the pool, hot tub and house rules in your rental agreement.
