Six bedrooms, room for twelve, and two outbuildings that mean the night doesn’t have to end when you get back from the trail.
One guest put it better than we could. “The pool, hot tub, firepit, and poker room made it easy to relax and have fun together. The location was ideal, right in the middle of all the distilleries we wanted to visit.”
That’s what this place is built for. Groups of friends who’ve been planning this trip for months, and want somewhere that works without anyone having to manage it.
In summer, the pool changes the math. Families come for the water and the space, and the game barn keeps the kids busy while the adults sit on the porch.
Either way, the whole place is yours. Six acres of Kentucky countryside and room to spread out.
The ceiling goes up two full stories here, with a stone fireplace at the center and windows on three sides looking out to the pasture.
The staircase opens to a library loft, and the kitchen is right there, so nobody’s cut off from the conversation.
This is where everyone lands when you get back from the bourbon trail.
Our kitchen is cozy but fully stocked. Spices, oils, coffee, and the pans you need to cook for a crowd.
The dining table is a Transformer Table that expands to seat twelve. We have a propane grill and when the weather’s good, there’s seating for twelve more out on the covered deck.
Come with groceries and a plan. This kitchen can handle it.
Step outside and be amazed by the beauty that surrounds you. Our property boasts a wrap around porch, a private pool and hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of bourbon tasting. Lounge poolside with a refreshing drink in hand, or soak in the hot tub under the stars.
Leather armchairs, a poker table, and enough quiet to actually taste what you brought back from the trail.
This is the only spot on the property where you can smoke. Bring your own cigars.
Heat, AC and a refrigerator, plus a half bath, so nobody has to walk back to the house.
Three screens for the game, a pool table, air hockey, foosball, Golden Tee, and skee ball.
There’s a kitchenette out here too, so drinks and snacks stay where the fun is.

We accept all major credit cards. Paying by check saves you the credit card processing fee, so let us know if you’d prefer that.
Payment schedule
50% is due when you book. The remaining 50% is collected automatically 60 days before arrival. We’ll send a reminder if anything isn’t set up to charge automatically.
Security deposit
A $300 hold is placed on your card 2 days before arrival and released 3 days after checkout. It’s a hold, not a charge.
Cancellation
Cancel at least 60 days before arrival and you’ll receive 97% back, less a $100 cancellation fee. Within 60 days of arrival, we can’t offer a refund. We’d encourage travel insurance if your plans might change.
Before your stay is confirmed
The booking guest signs the rental agreement and uploads a photo ID. Your reservation isn’t final until both are done.
Check-in is 4:00 PM. Check-out is 10:00 AM.
House Rules
A few things we hold firm on, so every group gets the same house we promised them.
Maximum 12 guests, including children. This is our STR permit limit, not a preference. We can’t make exceptions.
No events, parties, or weddings.
The booking guest must be 25 or older and must stay at the property.
Smoking is allowed in the Bourbon and Cigar Room only. Everywhere else is strictly non-smoking, inside and out, including the decks and landings. That covers cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vapes, e-cigarettes, and marijuana. Smoke outside that room and you’ll be charged for damages.
The fireplace is decorative and not for use. There is an outdoor fire pit available.
No pets.
Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. We ask all activities to remain indoors during that time.
Privacy & Security
Two exterior cameras protect the property. One at the front door facing the deck and driveway, one at the bourbon and cigar room facing the driveway. Both record video and audio around the clock and have no on/off switch.
There’s also a noise monitoring system that tracks decibel levels and alerts us if things get too loud. It measures volume only. It does not record conversations.
There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home. Neither exterior camera can see into any window, ours or a neighbor’s.
